We are delighted with the Hazelmere product itself, and are a returning customer (last time our entire home was refitted, so this time we returned to have like windows done on an extension). The sales (Barney) and installation teams were great. We might have grumbled a little about the long lead time but, to be fair, Barney and the the office were always fully transparent that this would take time to have the aluminium coloured to specification - so it is what it is, and we have no reason to grumble! The professionalism of the sales and installation part of the process was therefore great. And on the day of installation, everything went well. If we have any issues, they have been with the service / aftercare, and they relate to a specific matter. I have provided written feedback about this, and I look forward to having a discussion because, if our issues are addressed, we would then be able to give an unqualified and whole-hearted endorsement. This is especially important to us as there is one large sliding door yet to be replaced, and we hope, in time, to have the confidence to ask Hazlemere to supply.

Sean Williams, the Senior Conservatory Design Consultant, listened to our requirements, and advised the options he felt were appropriate. There was no pressure on us. We chose the lean to conservatory option as most suitable for our bungalow. The survey was carried out thoroughly and professionally, and all our questions were answered, particularly in relation to the proposed lower roofline and the join to the bungalow and our garage. The installers, Kris and Gary, were punctual and excellent workers. They kept us informed of work progress, answered any queries we had, and were always respectful of our home and left the workplace tidy at the end of each day. They also dealt very quickly and efficiently with reordering a replacement window frame as the item delivered had a manufacturing defect. Kris also liaised with the roofer for some roofing felt replacement, and this was completed on the final day. Our overall experience with Hazlemere Windows was very good, but we felt the installers were let down by having to deal with a defective window frame.

Hazlemere Windows were excellent and responded promptly to any queries I had. The installers had to return to replace the patio door rollers as they were noisy and not fit for purpose; the door frame was not square so they had to realign that and part of the fascia at the top of the door was not sitting correctly (badly assembled at the factory) and they have filled in the gap so that it is not so apparent. I have had no contact with your company, but once again the staff at Hazlemere Windows were extremely helpful and I would recommend them.

A combination patio door and window over a 4m width. Great workmanship. I didn't know glass could be that clear!! The initial install had to be postponed because of an error with some of the goods in stock which was frustrating - but all the people in contact with us performed well and the situation was recovered well. The installers were very pleasant and professional. I'd have no hesitation to recommend them to others

Replacement of main house windows, patio doors and front door. Our installers were punctual, always courteous and very tidy. In fact they were some of the best workman we have experienced. Although there were a couple of snags/issues these were dealt with promptly and efficiently and never gave us cause for concern. Overall we are extremely pleased with the windows and installation, the whole process being more straightforward and stress-free than we thought despite the weather at the time.

We had a back door, front door and porch window fitted this time. The quality of the product is very very good, hence we contacted Hazlemere Windows again for this project. The workmen were very punctual...in fact they arrived 10 mins early which is unheard of in this day and age. Dean and Dan were very friendly, cheerful and professional. They were careful to keep the work area clean and tidy, the standard of their workmanship was awesome. I am very happy with our new doors and window and the price was very competative! we will definately be contacting Hazlemere Windows again for our next project ...... gutters and soffit boards.

Having had all our windows and doors replacement with double glazing from Hazlemere Window Company, we also got them to replace all our rotten wooden cladding, fascias and soffits with UPVC Roofline products, including new plastic guttering and downpipes. We are extremely pleased with not only the new double glazed doors and windows, but all the work Hazlemere undertook. The quality of products and installation have given our house many more years of life, whilst saving us from the cost and hassle of constant repairs and redecoration.

I was well informed as to the order process. The engineer obligingly arrived early morning so as not to delay me for work. The fitter arrived on time and worked throughout the day without stopping for lunch. I was amazed how neatly & cleanly the old wooden frame was removed especially in the bathroom without damaging the tiles. Once the new windows were fitted it was impossible to tell that any work had been done as there was no damage and no making good to the walls. Not an easy job as this is an old cottage with no straight walls. The fitter left the rooms very clean & tidy. I am delighted with the new double glazed units - they let in far more light than the old glass and keep the rooms much warmer. I am now considering changing the remaining windows.

In terms of quality of finish, the outside back double glazed door Hazlemere Windows fitted was superb, and having used them previously, I had no doubts that it would be. Their senior windows and doors consultant George Zoumidou was particularly helpful in ensuring that a ventilation grille was fitted into the insulated bottom panel (as a safety pre-caution) due to the proximity of my gas boiler. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hazlemere Windows to anyone looking for reliable, well fitted high quality double glazing.
